This privacy policy describes how the Uscreen Support Co-Pilot Chrome extension ("the extension") collects, uses, and shares information.

Who this extension is for

This extension is an internal tool built for the Uscreen support team. It is published as Unlisted on the Chrome Web Store and is not intended for public installation. If you are not a member of the Uscreen support team, please do not install it.

What the extension accesses

The extension only activates on pages under https://app.intercom.com/*. While active on those pages, it reads:

• The current Intercom workspace ID and conversation ID from the page URL
• The conversation thread (customer/agent messages) visible on the active conversation page
• The customer information displayed in the Intercom right-side details panel (name, email, company, plan, location, role, and Intercom-classified attributes such as Sentiment, Urgency, and Issue Type)

It does not access any other tabs, browser history, bookmarks, downloads, cookies, or any other data on your device.

What the extension does with that data

When the support agent asks the co-pilot a question, the extension sends a JSON request containing:

• The Intercom workspace ID and conversation ID
• The customer information listed above
• The visible conversation thread
• The Intercom-classified attributes
• The agent's question

…to a private n8n Cloud workflow hosted at https://uscreen.app.n8n.cloud. The workflow forwards the request to OpenAI (GPT-4o) via Uscreen's existing OpenAI account in order to generate a response, and may search Uscreen's internal Notion knowledge base and customer-facing help center to ground the response in real documentation.

The OpenAI API processes the request under Uscreen's existing data-handling agreement with OpenAI. No data is shared with any other third party.
